Our Refund Policy (AKA: We've Got Your Back)

Look, we want you to love your gear as much as you love a perfect third shot drop. If something's not right, we'll fix it.

We'll refund you if:

  • We sent you the wrong stuff (our bad!)
  • Your item showed up damaged or defective (boo!)

Just reach out within 30 days of your purchase and we'll sort it out.

How to get your refund:

Shoot us an email at hi@pickleballdesign.co with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We promise we're nice people who actually want to help.
